Beyond the plane of Etheris, beyond the material boundaries of this world are a myriad of outerlying planes which hold unique energies, creatures and denizens, Gods, Goddesses, and possibilities unknown to those of this plane. Through travels of the Black Gate and Aurashniya’s magicks, many of these regions have been explored. Beyond simple adventuring into the unknown, the supreme goal was to seek out the overlord of the plane; its ruling Patron or Patroness. This discovery was not in whole a difficult task as many were quick to reveal their identities when approached by the Ascended Grandmaster of the Maergzjiran Cabal. Others however required a bit of forcible persuasion, but ultimately, they have bound themselves to the Cabal and its works. Below is a list of those who have sealed their pact with the Maergzjiran Cabal during the pinnacle Hour of Darkness during the Season of the Witch. They have all sworn an oath akin to the same oath made by the Blighted Lords, their Courts, and the Legionnaires of their domains. The Kings & Queens of the planes will assist the Disciple in all manner of their craft and will assist in delivering planar essence, servitors of their respective planes, and the invocation of their individual spiritual essences. They all seek a mutual benefit like the Blighted Lords and they ought to be called upon when you, the Disciple require their individual assistance. The course which has brought this to being was an incredibly strenuous act of the soul and required both absolute mastery of magickal craft as well as the steadfast resolve to seek out and unite the Cabal with a growing army of Spirits, Demons, and Otherworldly Lords & Ladies. It must be noted that these relics were created as singular talismans during the Season of the Witch and therefore contain a vast energy far beyond other talismans of their kind. While others will be coming in the future along with the detailed works of the Planar Lords & Ladies in grimoires and Cabal literature, these relics are for the time a sole source of power directly to them and through them into greater ends for the Disciple.

Olotacygn – King of the Outer Planes (Saarinziith)
Tall, slim, and brooding, Olotacygn is shrouded in a long violet robe made of the flesh of the alien beings common in his plane of echoes, darkness, and torment. His grey skin is tightly pressed along his bones. His long fingers unleash a dark crackling energy and his head protrudes two long fleshy tendrils from the back of the skull. His mouth is small, but opens to a thrice-rowed series of razor-like teeth. His eyes are pale and appear dry as he never blinks. Using telepathy mainly, though at times with a very gritty and deep verbal tone, Olotacygn will calmly converse with his Disciples and is willing to share his secrets of mental domination, psychic enslavement, physical torture, and spiritual probing.
M’bazn – King of the Faceless Ones
Black-skinned and hairless, M’bazn is able to take the shape of any creature throughout the planes of whose blood he has tasted. His kin, the Faceless Ones are those who have been given his gift by tasting M’bazn’s blood in ritual. M’bazn is a wild personality and creature of wrath before all else though he is always eager to meet new Disciples and offer his many secrets unto them. He appears and works in rituals only during the nocturnal hours, but his presence is always very powerful and oppressive even despite his willingness to assist his Disciples.
Illisarc – King of the Isle of Nahktimar
When one begins to traverse the planes, the Disciple discovers that there is a vast nothingness which extends beyond the seas of Ithalambor. The blue waters turn to blood; which then gives way to a black murk too dark to see your own hand just beneath the surface. The skies grow black and stormy, but pour no rain. Fog rolls in over the water. In the midst of this seemingly endless ocean of still darkness therein rests a lush green island. The ruins of a mighty castle surround a throne of bones nestled in the courtyard. Directly above, the sky radiates a chill and snows flakes which burn upon the skin. Seated in the courtyard is Illisarc, the King of this sub-plane and Lord of the Isle of Nahktimar. Dressed in tarnished armor over aged aristocratic finery, and crowned with a black diadem adorned with precious stones unknown to our plane. His bloody eyes shift in their sockets to silently study any who manage to reach his throne. It is with Illisarc that one finds the power to transmute any form or ritual or craft of the spellworks to operate in all planes as they would in Ithalambor. He empowers the soul and the magickal awareness of the Disciple. It should be noted that Illisarc offered his soul for the power of magickal channeling in a purely unstoppable and unyielding fashion as a mortal. Now, he is forever bound to the Isle and therefore he must be given the utmost respect that one who has made such a sacrifice deserves.
Adaheln – King of the Dark Reaches of T'laeoriis
In the plane of T’laeoriis where all is dark and wicked, where the undead, vile Spirits, and voracious Demons run rampant; where the horrors which sleep in the mind manifest in the world near, the Lord of this plane, Adaheln keeps a steady, watchful eye over all. He is a balancer of both the encouragement of the unknowing, mundane folk while he also revels in the slaughter and bloodshed that ensures when the evil denizens of his realm feed upon the weak. Adaheln dresses himself in simple garments of wool; monastic robes, tunics, cloaks, and tall leathern boots. To his Disciples, Adaheln offers much proficiency in the arts of commanding the creatures of the night as well as other infernal and vile Spirits and Demons of his realm. He should be regarded as both a Spirit of Undeath and physical manifestation of fear, for he is both in one being.
Gloomorein – King of Ghasitaer
The Ghost Lord who rules over all of Ghasitaer, Gloomorein is a quiet, patient Spirit dresses entirely in white finery. His skin is cold and pale blue and his hair is a snowy grey. He wear circular spectacles and carries an iron cane wrapped with silken cloth. Gloomorein for a very long time kept himself and all that existed in Ghasitaer confined to its planar borders. Souls who traveled there that still belonged to mortal bodies were quickly thrown out. His tolerance of Necromancers comes only due to the end result of a Necromancer’s work – leading more souls into his domain and under his rule. Alas, he has joined with the Cabal and offers free passage of the astral and spiritual bodies, and even those mortal bodies that can withstand Ghasitaer’s rigors as well as the open ability to question any soul of the departed. Further, his dominion over ghostwalking, spiritual travel, haunting, soul possession, and his self-styled magicks of “etheriomancy” are also for the Disciple’s taking. This form of magick utilizes the souls of others to power one’s craft over their own innate magickal aptitude, psychic, or spiritual power. For those who possess a great deal of power already, the souls of others simply amplify their standard craft.
Illivryn – Queen of Charnaggen d’Oloth
For the human race, the concept of another race to exist which has been seen as mythological appears entirely absurd. However, in the plane of Ithalambor there rests a ruined Tower which opens to a labrynthine series of catacombs. At its deepest point is a gate. When opened with the words of power, it leads into Charnaggen d’Oloth, the world under the planes inhabited by a ebon-skinned race of elven denizens known as the Draelith. They are a brutal, sadistic, opportunistic, hateful, and evil race. They are masters of black magick and know a great many ways to utilize the dark forces throughout the planes to their advantage and absolute tyranny. Even above their own pantheon, Illivryn is not only the queen of the plane, but a Goddess in her own right. Appearing as a youthful woman with floor-length white hair, she is shrouded with the whirling storm of souls of those she has destroyed. Her white eyes glow dimly and she speaks with domination and a patient rage ready to be unleashed. To her Disciples she offers the array of powers her kin share over magick. She appoints her kin to assist Disciples in their work, she invites all to partake of the splendors of her realm, and over all else, she will be a constant guide and companion for the Disciple who is chasing perfect mastery of the most wicked, torturous, and vile magicks the multiverse has ever witnessed.
Senerron – Queen of the Abyss
A murky pit of ever-expanding filth, blood, sinew, and tears whirls beneath the lowest layers of the Hells. Reaching for eons at the tail of Maergzjirah, Senerron’s plea was only recently answered. As the Mistress of the Abyss, she leads the hordes of putrid and unholy fiends from their pits into the multiverse as an ally specifically to the Cabal over all else. Rejected by her own kind, she shares a common bond with all who dwell in Maergzjirah as well as its Disciples. Senerron appears as a gaunt woman in her early thirties dressed in the flesh of humans and Demons alike. Her black hair is wet with a toxic black ooze. Together, she swears fealty to our ways and offers us her mastery over the summoning and command of all abysmal creatures, the power to channel hellfire into every action, word, and thought, and how to crush one’s enemies with only a mere thought of evil, or to speak their doom, for to do so with her blessing opens wide the maw of the Pits and spews the immolating poison of the soul upon all who oppose the Disciple.
Nykarleth – Queen of the Shade Realm
As the Zhanith reside in shadow, Nykarleth and her kin creep even deeper within their own shadows. In a sub-plane which borders both Keraktes and L’Oirna Isto, the Queen of the Shade Realm known as Szhahqinar, Nykarleth waits for a time when the world will grow dark and the Zhanith will unleash her from her prison for she is by all means their true Goddess, even before Ibin would be their leader. Nykarleth is shadow itself. Her childer, the Dark Ones as they are simply called are black humanoid figures with very cryptic features. Two large spikes of shadow emerge from their heads like ears and their hands ends in extremely long and sharp claws. In all ways, they resemble Nykarleth though she can shape the shadows to reveal a more approachable form. She, now having been released and joined with the Cabal, though not wholly joined with the Zhanith, Nykarleth offers her Disciples all power from the shadows, all power from the Zhanith for they derive it from her. She teaches umbral transubstantiation as well as using shadows as weapons to mutilate and decimate one’s foes.
Dumahvaer – Queen of Bala’koriah
With a human woman’s head with ram’s horns and six eyes, the torso of a woman, the claws of a scorpion, the lower limbs of a black serpent, and wings of a dragonfly, Dumahvaer is the Patroness of wretched Demons that are the twisted forms of many reviled and cursed creatures through the planes. Capable of taking a perfectly humanoid form, she prefers her demonic state. Dumahvaer gives birth to many hideous and contorted beings and she feeds on all the but the most worthy of praise. Once a mortal sorceress, she was damned by her own god for her magickal craft which involved the blending of dead creatures and people and their eventual reanimation as servants and justicars. In her hatred, she swore that she would hunt throughout the planes killing off anyone and anything that served the light. Having crushed her former patron, an celestial being known as Ormidian, she made a home in the bleak plane of Bala’koriah which rests on the boundary of Xend’nhilian. To return the work done to destroy her old Lord, she vowed to assist the Cabal, the Blighted Lords, and all Disciples who called her name in any way she is able. She grants the power to give life to any and all beings the Disciple can possibly imagine as well as the knowledge of poison usage; it’s harvesting and potential in the craft as well as battle. Further, she teaches how any Disciple can extract the light and turn it into a horrifically dark spell component or spiritual feeding.
