This talisman is enchanted and empowered with the seal of the Dead Gate.  By wearing this talisman, its wearer must meditate in a place of death; cemetery, hospital, funeral home, asylum, etc.  While meditating, they will need only to open up their soul to the energies of the grave.  While in this state of cohabitation of the land of the dead and the living, the spirit sent by the Maiden of the Grave, Nhilmice will come to you.  This joining of the spirit will last eternally.  The ghosts of Keraktes sent by Nhilmice serve as informants, wise counselors, harbingers of the mage’s dominion, as well as simple companions that assist in all manners requested.  Similarly, if you should choose to bind this talisman to the soul of a particular individual, you need only do as above, though upon their grave while you chant their name like a mantra during your meditation.  Of the necromancy relics offered by the Temple, this is a very useful and potent talisman as it serves in many facets of life as well as the Craft.
