This talisman is enchanted through one of Vorac’s darkest rites of enchantment.  The magicks of this talisman are mildly passive as the possessor will require focusing on the included word of power in their mind’s eye as well as seeing the desired result overcome their targeted enemy.  The Faceless Butcher, Vorac is a master of torment and inquisition.  By using this talisman, one may torment the soul of another, leading to physical pain and disfiguration until the desired result is met.  This contingent factor can be chosen as you see fit and is formed by verbally telling Vorac as you perform the above meditation.  Once performed, while wearing or meditating with this talisman, you need only focus your sadistic Will on what you desire in means of torturous, haunting pain of the spirit for it to come to be.  Of course, once you derive what you wish from the enemy, this talisman’s power will cease.  However, it can just as easily be re-designated and charged by once more focusing with the above meditation.  Definitely a wicked and horrific relic of the dark arts.
